液(ye)壓傳動(dong)中用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)液(ye)體(ti)壓力(li)、流(liu)量和(he)方向的元件(jian)。其中控(kong)制(zhi)通、斷和(he)流(liu)向的稱為方向控(kong)制(zhi)閥。
方向(xiang)(xiang)控制(zhi)閥(fa)按(an)用途分為(wei)單向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)和換向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)。
1、單向(xiang)閥(fa):只(zhi)允許流(liu)體(ti)在管道中單向(xiang)接通(tong),反(fan)向(xiang)即切斷。
2、換(huan)向閥(fa):改變不同管路間的(de)通(tong)(tong)、斷關系、根據(ju)(ju)閥(fa)芯(xin)在閥(fa)體中的(de)工作(zuo)位(wei)置數(shu)分兩位(wei)、三(san)位(wei)等;根據(ju)(ju)所控制的(de)通(tong)(tong)道數(shu)分兩通(tong)(tong)、三(san)通(tong)(tong)、四(si)通(tong)(tong)、五通(tong)(tong)等;如二位(wei)二通(tong)(tong)、三(san)位(wei)三(san)通(tong)(tong),三(san)位(wei)五通(tong)(tong)等根據(ju)(ju)閥(fa)芯(xin)驅動方式分手動、機動、電(dian)磁、液動等。

1.連續幾腳(jiao)制(zhi)動(dong)時,踏(ta)板(ban)高度仍過低,且(qie)在第二(er)腳(jiao)制(zhi)動(dong)后,感到總泵活(huo)(huo)塞未(wei)回(hui)位,踏(ta)下制(zhi)動(dong)踏(ta)板(ban)即有(you)總泵推桿與活(huo)(huo)塞碰擊響聲,是總泵皮碗裂縫或其連續幾腳(jiao),回(hui)位彈(dan)簧太軟。
2.連續(xu)幾(ji)腳制(zhi)動時踏(ta)板高(gao)度稍(shao)有高(gao),并有彈性,說明制(zhi)動管路中滲入了空氣。
3.連(lian)續幾腳(jiao),踏(ta)板均(jun)被踏(ta)到底,并感到踏(ta)板毫無反力,說(shuo)明總泵儲液室內制(zhi)動液嚴重(zhong)虧損。
